FAQ: — how long will my appointment take? • timing depends on the service and your hair’s starting point. vivid colors and corrections can take several hours, while haircuts are usually much quicker. i’ll give you an estimate when booking so you can plan your day with ease. — what should i bring with me? • just yourself and any inspiration photos you love! snacks, water, or something to read/scroll are also welcome for longer appointments. i want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re here. — what if i don’t love my hair after my appointment? • please don’t hesitate to be honest with me - i truly want you to love your hair! if something doesn’t feel quite right, let me know as soon as possible. i offer free adjustments within 7 days of your original service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and the needs of other clients, please review the following policy: • A 60% fee of your total service cost will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. • If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. • If an issue arises, please contact me as soon as possible.
